“We called Wildlife Solutions late on a Saturday afternoon to retrieve an animal from behind our wall. Unlike the other companies we had contacted, Terrence did NOT blow us off and came out to our home on a Saturday evening. He explained his entire procedure to us and also did an inspection of our attics for us. He was able to retrieve the animal (a bird) for us and was very clean and tidy about it. He was patient in allowing our children to watch the entire spectacle as well.
