We use SAFE & HUMANE methods to extract and exclude nuisance wildlife; once animal(s) are removed and excluded we complete an interior inspection, free of charge.
The interior inspection will reveal any damage and hazardous materials (feces, urine, nesting material, etc.) on the property. Once the inspection is complete; we will quote out repairs, as well as the remediation/restoration of the “damaged area” and any cleaning or disinfecting that may be needed.

They were very kind and came out quickly to address our issue, suggesting cheapest and best ways to mitigate. Was not able to reach them by phone at first so we emailed and got quick response. We had contacted numerous pest control companies in the area who were charging exorbitant rates and trying to lock people in to annual contracts.
